What you will do?
- Oversee, steer, and ensure decision making for all transformation programmes for the CCO, leveraging relationships, business acumen and internal consulting expertise to enhance programme value.
- Manage and drive close alignment with BOT, ensuring group transformation projects and local business development projects are well allocated, and if needed aligned regarding interdependencies and reporting needs.
- Assess strategic needs within the CCO’s domain and beyond, identify gaps in the transformation portfolio and develop projects from ideation to business case.
- Secure the readiness for privatisation (market model’s future-readiness), personally take care of group perspective and CCO-area interests being aligned, and further develop the transformation programmes along our strategic guard rails
- Lead the programme building on ONE SEFE’s strategic priorities: Green Energy Transformation and Digitalisation for the CCO area, align with other C-Levels, and ensure business transformation systems and procedures are compatible with ONE SEFE transformation.
- Innovate and leverage the transformation programmes within the CCO area, or projects delivered by the CCO area, towards green energy transformation and digitalization.
- Challenge initiatives and projects and push the organisation forward in a diplomatic way, yet ensuring to maximise value contribution.
- Bear the responsibility for risk identification and mitigation, manage effects impeding implementation in particular regarding SEFE’s joint business model.
- Co-create and drive implementation of digital Solutions into organisation fostering the joint business model and leveraging synergies across varies business organisations.
- Set up and scope well-rounded transformation programmes regarding budget, personnel and technology assets for efficient programme execution. Ensure programme methodologies are in line with Group and with local project management procedures.
- Build and nurture relationships from and to the C-level to facilitate decision-making
What you’ll bring to the role?
- Prioritise projects alongside corporate as well as business strategic objectives, manage the respective stakeholders with a deft touch and implement priorities in the CCO area.
- Lead programme delivery with clarity, consistency, and clear communication on all parameters and across all stakeholder groups, ensuring optimisation of business processes and securing business continuity.
- Organise across ONE SEFE diverse transformation teams for efficient and effective collaboration, putting special focus on CCO, CSO and CIO areas.
- Resolve and moderate conflicts of interest, negotiate compromises, convince and determine the best course of action in programmes towards all levels of hierarchy.
- Build collaborative working relationships across the Group and by that act as a role model for the ONE SEFE spirit, while enabling the effective delivery of initiatives.
- Ensure multidisciplinary requirements are met, convince functional leaders on agile
- principles of consultation, ensure seamless integration along our joint business model
- and Sales value chains.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for C-Suite, Leadership Team,
- senior management, and relevant stakeholders and present those wherever
- Responsibility for action within the scope of tasks.
- Independent handling of larger analyses, project tasks and subject specific topics
