Are you a QA Analyst looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced changing environment?
Our small team in the Netherlands support and manage bespoke software for our Dutch energy business. This includes CRM to billing, market interactions and everything in between. This is an exciting time to join both the team and the business as we embark on a journey of change which will include harmonisation of our international IT landscape.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Some of the key deliverables include
- Defining test conditions from business requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Refining changes by collaborating with developers and making visual and workflow changes
- Creating estimates for QA related tasks
- Completing impact assessments for functional and technical changes in a manner that allows for effective planning of regression testing
- Executing, recording, and analyzing test results, together with identifying and reporting on defects, issues, and risks
- Tracking and reporting test progress/deliverables against planned timelines and delivery dates
- Producing and updating regression test packs
- Providing UAT support to the business
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience of application testing
- Solid working knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies and associated test practices.
- Experience in testing using SQL Server database queries (desirable) (e.g. using SQL Server Management Studio).
- Knowledge of and experience in the energy retail sector (gas and power) (desirable)
You will also demonstrate
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Dutch and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to challenging deadlines
