As an integral part of our organization, you’ll take the helm as an IT Project Manager. Your mission? To oversee and manage IT projects at our Den Bosch location, ensuring seamless delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects in Den Bosch, Netherlands.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and potential issues to project stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts in alignment with organizational guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to drive project deliverables.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is preferred.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
