IN SHORT
As Corporate Account Manager you will be responsible for the development of a customer portfolio of industrial and tertiary customers, and maintain and develop relationships with strategically important clients.
Assigned to a portfolio of named customers, and to a portfolio of prospects, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets and defining the strategic accounts assigned.
You will represent our products and services while leading the planning cycle of account reviews and ensuring that the needs and expectations of assigned customers are met.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Builds productive and professional relationships with key contacts in assigned customer accounts
- Generates and conducts the business pipe. Ensures accurate reporting of any developments (renewals, firm offers, delayed offers, credit application) in the context of customer negotiation
- Ensure the participation of company personnel, such as trading, customer service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance goals and client expectations with a 360° customer view
- Achieves assigned sales volume, profitability and strategic objectives with assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint strategic account review planning process
- Proactively assesses customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Develops the right products and solutions to meet internal processes
- Development of sales with a clientele of condominium managers, companies with multi-site needs and regional heating engineers
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in strategic sales in the Energy, Gas and/or Electricity sector, in a business-to-business sales environment (essential)
- Ability to accurately translate customer needs in-house
- Mastering the quotation and hedging processes
- Work closely with customer services to ensure the best execution of the contract
- Product Design
- Master the CRM process (architecture, sales structure)
- Agility to adapt to new processes
- Appetite for numbers
- Clarity to develop our products to customers
- Creative in finding solutions
- Fluent French and English
