We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Operations team in Manchester
LEARN MOREWe are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Account Management Team and support the renewal of complex gas and power contracts with large and prestigious customers.
As Corporate Account Executive you will support account managers with the renewal of complex fixed and flexible Gas and Power contracts for our large and prestigious customers.
Working closely with other SEFE Energy teams and external third parties, you’ll resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, enhancing our reputation for customer service, industry knowledge and product flexibility.
You’ll build and develop successful relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders and attend internal and external customer meetings alongside the account managers.
As well as day to day account management, you’ll also participate in project-based work to help support our drive for continuous improvement, and use data to help support and improve evidence-based decision making and innovation.
To be successful in this role you will need excellent customer service and communication skills and ideally experience working in UK Energy Industry processes and operations.
