IN SHORT:

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Account Management Team and support the renewal of complex gas and power contracts with large and prestigious customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As Corporate Account Executive you will support account managers with the renewal of complex fixed and flexible Gas and Power contracts for our large and prestigious customers.

Working closely with other SEFE Energy teams and external third parties, you’ll resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, enhancing our reputation for customer service, industry knowledge and product flexibility.

You’ll build and develop successful relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders and attend internal and external customer meetings alongside the account managers.

As well as day to day account management, you’ll also participate in project-based work to help support our drive for continuous improvement,  and use data to help support and improve evidence-based decision making and innovation.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BRING:

To be successful in this role you will need excellent customer service and communication skills and ideally experience working in UK Energy Industry processes and operations.

We are also looking for:

  • Confidence and initiative
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, quickly understand and make use of information
  • Effective organisation skills, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience in a customer facing role liaising with customers verbally and in writing
  • Good understanding of customer journey from the initial call with a prospective customer to issue of final invoice or confirmation of renewal contract
  • Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail)
